This endgame is an excellent illustration of the adage by Aron Nimzovitch: "The passed pawn is a criminal which much be kept under lock and key. Mild measures, such as police surveillance, are not sufficient" - Nimzovitch, "My System" This was from the 3rd round game that I lost vs Sylvester Smarty(2096) at the Chicago Class Championships last week.
